  • •8–15 years of progressive purchasing or supply chain experience with deep expertise in Thermal Management systems.
  • •Experience developing commodity strategies and personally leading complex, high-value RFQs and negotiations.
  • •Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost-modeling techniques.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; familiarity with automotive part launches and serial production (APQP, PPAP).
