•Triage customer issues with direction from Dell support.
•Execute the plan of action from Dell Domain Engineer/L3, communicating using Teams, email, and phone.
•Document POA results, logs, and service reports (including parts numbers/PPID) to Dell via case email.
•Reseat parts, swap or replace parts, and upgrade firmware as needed.
•Perform sever testing and validation by running diagnostics and capturing/uploading logs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,000 - 93,500

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience, plus an Associate's degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
•Experience delivering technical field services supporting hardware and software at client sites.
•Customer-facing experience, including reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization.
•Experience in environments with large, concentrated deployments of assets, including networking and fiber.
•Able to lift at least 50 lbs waist high to replace components on server stacks.
