Key Responsibilities

  • •Triage customer issues with direction from Dell support and resolve them using technical expertise and diagnostic practices.
  • •Execute plans of action from Dell Domain Engineer/L3 using Teams, email, and phone communication.
  • •Document POA results, logs, and service reports including parts numbers/PPID of replaced components via case email.
  • •Reseat, swap, or replace server components and upgrade firmware as needed.
  • •Perform server testing and validation by running diagnostics and capturing and uploading logs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience plus an Associate's degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • •Experience delivering technical field services supporting hardware and software at client sites.
  • •Customer-facing experience, including reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization.
  • •Experience working in client locations with large, concentrated deployments of assets, including networking and fiber.
  • •Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs waist high to replace components on server stacks.
