Key Responsibilities

  • •Purchase indirect materials to support operations, engineering, facilities, and other departments.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and service-level expectations before procurement.
  • •Monitor supplier performance for on-time delivery and service quality; escalate and mitigate risks.
  • •Execute purchasing card transactions (as applicable) and reconcile monthly statements.
  • •Own VMI for two manufacturing sites, maintain ERP data, and act as the primary contact for indirect suppliers regarding invoice status and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of supply chain experience in manufacturing OR an Associates degree with 3 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing OR equivalent military experience in lieu of degree.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •No relocation benefit offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and/or kanban systems and vendor managed inventory suppliers (preferred).
