Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized investment solutions aligned to clients’ long-term goals.
  • •Set the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to increase assets under management, sales, and service.
  • •Develop and maintain profitable securities and insurance sales through external networking and internal referrals.
  • •Use a consultative sales process to review investment plans regularly with clients.
  • •Record transactions and inquiries accurately and maintain customer files to conform to regulatory policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience.
  • •FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63 and 65 in lieu of 66).
  • •Applicable state health and life insurance licenses.
  • •Securities sales and client relationship management experience.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills; competent in Microsoft Office.
