Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow a global portfolio of IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners, with accountability for partner performance across deposits, trading volume, and overall activity
•Identify and execute growth opportunities across existing partners, while actively managing underperforming and dormant accounts
•Source, onboard, and activate new partners, owning the full lifecycle through to first deposit and sustained trading activity
•Advise partners on positioning, growth strategies, and client acquisition approaches
•Provide structured feedback to internal product and commercial teams based on partner needs and market insights

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in FX/CFD partnerships, IB, or affiliate management
•Strong understanding of IB models, rebates, spreads, and trading economics
•Proven track record of growing partner revenue or trading volume
•Commercial mindset with the ability to manage and prioritise a partner portfolio
•Comfortable working with performance data and metrics
