Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leadership across R&D (Product, Engineering, Security) as a trusted People Team Business Partner.
  • •Develop and implement proactive solutions across a broad scope of activities, ensuring alignment on initiatives and priorities and maintaining open communication.
  • •Lead organizational design and talent management efforts, driving initiatives and change leadership to enable scalable growth.
  • •Design and implement programs responsive to leaders’ needs, role-model company capabilities, and scale as the organization grows.
  • •Build credibility and strong relationships across all levels of the organization to demonstrate the value of People initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience on a People/HR team, with 5+ years as a senior business partner
  • •strong relationship-building skills and ability to operate effectively in virtual/distributed environments
  • •entrepreneurial mindset with a record of innovation and independent work
  • •proactive mindset—able to present solutions and view challenges as opportunities
  • •experience leading large-scale change initiatives and partnering with business leaders to articulate and drive business value of People initiatives
