Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow software verification engineers, fostering technical excellence and ownership.
  • •Drive design and implementation of comprehensive verification plans and automated environments using Python.

  • •Maintain high product quality via code reviews, engineering procedures, and defect identification, analysis, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •3+ years leading teams in a managerial/team lead position with a proven track record.
  • •8+ years overall experience in software development or verification with strong hands-on technical background.
  • •Expertise in Python for testing complex embedded systems, system-level software, or firmware-integrated environments.
  • •Strong verification attitude and experience building modern software testing/QA automation frameworks.
