Job Summary

Lead a software verification team within the Data Processing Unit (DPU) software group, combining people management with hands-on technical leadership. Own end-to-end feature validation—from architectural review through system integration—to ensure robust HW-SW interoperability. Drive verification plan design and automation using Python, elevate product quality through code reviews and defect reporting, and improve performance and stability of SW acceleration solutions through close collaboration with global HW, FW, SW, and Product partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow software verification engineers, fostering technical excellence and ownership.
•Drive design and implementation of comprehensive verification plans and automated environments using Python.
•Perform end-to-end feature validation to ensure robust HW-SW interoperability for high-end systems.
•Maintain high product quality via code reviews, engineering procedures, and defect identification, analysis, and reporting.
•Partner with cross-functional HW, FW, SW architecture, and Product teams to improve performance, quality, and stability of SW acceleration solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•3+ years leading teams in a managerial/team lead position with a proven track record.
•8+ years overall experience in software development or verification with strong hands-on technical background.
•Expertise in Python for testing complex embedded systems, system-level software, or firmware-integrated environments.
•Strong verification attitude and experience building modern software testing/QA automation frameworks.
