Provide system engineering leadership for ArcGIS Enterprise deployments across Windows, Linux, cloud, and Kubernetes. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in advanced Professional Services engagement types, including enterprise migrations and architecture modernization, system challenge resolution and troubleshooting, disaster recovery protection, POC deployments, and upgrades across Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes deployments
•Apply working knowledge of databases, storage, authentication, and networking concepts to support ArcGIS Enterprise deployments
•Lead customers and colleagues using defined, repeatable system engineering methods that align ArcGIS Enterprise with enterprise IT
•Collaborate with Professional Services to resolve complex technical challenges and support the growth and mentoring of less-experienced colleagues
•Travel up to 25% when required to engage with customers and implement solutions

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 84,240 - 142,480 annually

•Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to customers, executives, and technical and non-technical audiences
