Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business unit product managers to develop marketing and communication plans that drive business objectives.
  • •Envision communications strategy and channel planning aligned to consumer and marketing objectives across short and long terms.
  • •Ideate and drive comprehensive action plans for business unit communications projects to maximize brand/new product exposure and efficiency.
  • •Select and steer global and local agencies, including briefing, concept development, and cross-discipline execution across markets.
  • •Own communications and advertising budgets and benchmark brand perception progress; coordinate post-campaign evaluation and quality reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in marketing, communications, retail, digital or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
  • •8+ years of industry and/or relevant work experience.
  • •Senior experience in marketing communications, campaign development and execution.
  • •Advanced understanding of the evolving marketing/media landscape and strong project management methodologies/tools.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
