  • •Overseeing and manage all store operational tasks such as Visual Merchandising, Replenishment and Inventory processes.
  • •Ensure all HR, legal and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in order to maintain a safe and productive shopping experience for our customers and working environment for the team.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ months of experience in a retail environment (sport/fashion) including 12+ months of Store Management responsibility
  • •Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising and Inventory management with solid training skills and team leadership
  • •Advanced analytical skills and effective communication abilities
  • •Team leadership with ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate to deliver excellent customer experience
  • •Fluency in English and proficient with MS Office; Power BI knowledge is a plus
