Job Summary

Information Manager (CDE Superuser) to implement and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) across UK projects. Lead CDE setup, standards, and day-to-day admin; train internal/external users; produce regional usage reports; collaborate with project teams and clients; enforce QA/QC on project information and maintain documentation control.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the implementation and operation of the organisation’s CDE; set up new project standards and develop 'how-to' guides; manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to CDE, including invitations and workflow updates.
•Provide training to internal and external project members on project-specific CDE systems and protocols; become the regional expert in CDE usage and produce regional system usage reports.
•Liaise with DCs and project teams to provide effective feedback & reports to steering & management teams; collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure efficient CDE utilisation.
•Manage incoming datasets on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with protocols; implement QA/QC procedures on all transmitted information; control project documentation across multiple projects.
•Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal management regarding project information auditing and sourcing; manage forms such as RFIs and site submittals; monitor deliverables and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience and strong knowledge of CDE (CDE Superuser).
•Proficient in MS Office packages (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access), Autodesk Forma, Aconex and basic understanding of AutoCAD/Revit, including PowerApps workflows.
•Understanding of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO19650, GDPR, etc.).
•Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in information management and a suitable Information Profession qualification in information science, computer engineering, or related field (or GKIM Practitioner level).
•Must be able to obtain necessary security clearances required by the role.
