Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders including NHS, local authorities and Jobcentre Plus.
  • •Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to promote the Confident Futures programme across the region.
  • •Map local services, referral pathways and funding/community support provision to improve participant outcomes.
  • •Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities to add value and improve access to specialist support services.
  • •Partner with marketing and communications colleagues, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement of future service delivery.

  • •Experience in account management, business development or stakeholder engagement, ideally within employability, skills or funded programme environments.
