Job Summary

Digital Engineer to join WSP India’s GCC team, delivering highway and infrastructure projects with a focus on digital engineering, automation, and data-driven design. Based in Bengaluru, Noida, or Mumbai, you’ll collaborate with UK-based teams, apply tools like Python/C++, Dynamo, and AI-enabled workflows, and contribute to BIM/CDE delivery, Azure Power Platform, and GIS-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate within multi-disciplinary, global teams to deliver innovative highway and infrastructure solutions.
•Deliver engineering outputs across projects of varying size and complexity, often managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
•Apply digital engineering, automation, and data-driven design techniques to enhance project delivery.
•Use tools such as Python, C++, Dynamo, and AI-enabled workflows for automation, design validation, and data analysis.
•Develop and maintain reusable digital tools, templates, and documentation to standardise delivery

Key Requirements

•Understanding of highway engineering principles (preferred)
•Familiarity with UK standards such as DMRB, Manual for Streets, TSRGD, and local authority guidelines (preferred)

•Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with global stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
•Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
