•Develop and maintain detailed project and execution plans across feature development, testing/validation, deployment, and monitoring.

•Maintain understanding of battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification algorithms and ensure integration with the larger C2 system.
•Oversee release planning and execution, ensuring deployments are smooth and meet defined quality standards.
•Serve as primary communications point across internal teams and external stakeholders, managing status updates, risks, documentation, and process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development for advanced algorithms.
•Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
