Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage stores operations across Broad Oak and local site stores to support Combat Systems programmes.
  • •Oversee inventory, materials, and logistics activities, maintaining accurate stock records and inventory accountability.
  • •Ensure timely receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of materials, delivering services in line with agreed SLAs.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across stores processes, operational performance, compliance, and facility utilisation while maintaining high SHE and Quality standards.
  • •Lead and develop a small stores team, fostering accountability and collaboration, ensuring audit readiness and governance compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 45,000

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in a stores or logistics environment.
  • •Experience leading day-to-day stores operations.
  • •Excellent customer service behaviours when engaging with stakeholders and delivering requests.
  • •Hold a Forklift License or be willing to be trained.
  • •Ability to support compliance, governance, and audit readiness in a stores environment.
