Cost Consultant, Infrastructure

Manage cost management services for construction projects, helping ensure cost control and quality objectives are met. Support pre- and post-contract cost management through estimating, rate analysis, cost planning, tendering and procurement, and change control support. Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, contribute to value engineering, coordinate with clients and consultants, and improve processes while maintaining knowledge in Turner & Townsend’s internal database.
