Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide pre-contract and post-contract cost management services to support construction project cost control and quality objectives.
  • •Perform estimating, rate analysis, and cost planning, including producing and presenting final cost plans to clients.
  • •Lead tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification, tender list preparation, preliminaries, tender analysis, and compiling contractual documents.
  • •Support post-contract cost variance management and change control processes, escalating major changes to the reporting manager as needed.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, contribute to value engineering, coordinate with clients and consultants, and manage knowledge capture in the internal database.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects, including roles such as cost manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, or consultant.
  • •Strong understanding of quantity surveying, tools, and methodologies.
  • •Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and business-level proficiency in English.
  • •Proficiency in Cost-X (or equivalent cost estimation software).
