Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety and awareness by leading and/or participating in meetings and training to reinforce asset protection protocols.
  • •Maintain a strong store presence (75–80% of time on the selling floor) to deter theft and support a safe environment.
  • •Collaborate with store leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
  • •Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
  • •Respond to incidents by de-escalating professionally, execute audits, and prepare asset protection reports; represent Sephora in court if required.
