Retail Store Manager (Southaven)

Lead daily operations for the store, delivering consistently high customer experience while driving sales, KPIs, and profitability. Recruit, train, develop, and coach a high-performing team, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure timely completion of training and talent management processes. Oversee loss prevention, merchandise execution, inventory/shrink goals, marketing initiatives, POS access, and visual presentation standards, while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.
