Job Summary

Support audits and regulatory queries, collaborate with internal teams on escalated cases, and mentor peers while leading improvements to SMA processes and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and assess high-risk customer reports for analysis and approval per policies.
•Analyze customer transaction history and behavior patterns through periodic reviews and changes in account usage.
•Conduct enhanced due diligence using documentation and external sources to ensure customers are within risk appetite.
•Draft SAR narratives when activity is deemed unusual and communicate with internal teams on escalated cases.
•Lead and participate in SMA team projects and help improve processes, training materials, and standard operating procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,400 - 2,850 monthly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in EDD, AML, or a similar financial crime compliance role.
•Good understanding of the regulatory framework for customer verification and AML/CFT regulations.
•Flexible to work different night shifts, including early-night, mid-night, late-night, weekends, and public holidays.
•Ability to apply a risk-based approach and make decisions while effectively documenting reasoning.
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
