Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fixed plant equipment and process systems supporting crushing and heap leach operations.
  • •Perform preventive and condition-based maintenance including rebuilds, component replacement, lubrication, inspections, adjustments, and oil sampling.
  • •Read and interpret service manuals, parts manuals, schematics, and technical documentation to support accurate repairs and diagnostics.
  • •Complete welding and fabrication as needed and operate forklifts, overhead cranes, boom trucks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
  • •Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records while coordinating with operations and support teams and following MSHA regulations, company procedures, and PPE requirements.
