Build trusted, face-to-face relationships with customers by assessing banking needs, collecting and processing account information, and educating clients on deposit and loan products. Recommend financial solutions aligned to customer goals, originate and close consumer loans, and open and manage accounts—including opening or closing the branch. This role supports multiple levels and requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, with an onboarded level matched to experience.
