Job Summary

Own global culture and engagement programs for a distributed, multi-hub workforce. You’ll design and run events, recognition, milestones, and branded merch end-to-end, plus lead cross-hub people initiatives that reinforce a consistent employee experience. Partner with local hub experts for execution while setting the global standard independently, and advise teams on internal communications. Travel across hubs to bring initiatives to life on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips that strengthen belonging across a distributed team.
•Build and run scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, and more).
•Own branded merch end-to-end, including concept, production, vendor management, and distribution across hubs.
•Drive employee engagement and communications across a distributed workforce, advising teams on formats and best practices.
•Lead cross-hub people initiatives and manage external partners and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand.
