Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Global Controllership fraud and loss prevention program and end-to-end incident management for phishing and fraud events.
  • •Develop analytics, controls, and operating processes to identify emerging risks and strengthen preventive measures against cyber and fraud threats.
  • •Perform regular reviews and assessments of fraud prevention processes, identify control gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Prepare and facilitate senior management report-outs for major incidents, including root-cause insights, operational/control gaps, and remediation actions.
  • •Coordinate communications and act as liaison across business, Cyber, Legal, Treasury, and Global Controllership teams to define mitigation actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in internal audit, fraud investigation, incident management, or related risk and controls.
  • •Exceptional understanding of financial fraud, cyber threats, adversary techniques, response procedures, threat detection, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST).
  • •Experience applying security, risk, and control concepts to financial processes.
  • •Experience developing incident management processes and/or managing incidents through structured response and resolution frameworks.
