Laboratory Technologist I (QA)

Perform low-to-high complexity diagnostic testing in a clinical laboratory, ensuring accurate analysis, documentation, and follow-up of results. Monitor and record testing outcomes, identify and resolve issues that affect performance, and report abnormal findings. Manage supplies and equipment safety, operate automated laboratory systems, and use the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to support workload statistics and quality assessment. Maintain quality control and meet CAP, JCI, and ISO15189 standards.
