Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the strategic transformation of Total Rewards and HRIS functions, establishing scalable operating models and modern digital workflows.
  • •Lead benefits and retirement program strategy and administration, ensuring compliance testing, plan document accuracy, and successful audits.
  • •Develop and drive a unified compensation strategy using data-driven analytics and modeling to manage pay equity and guide salary decisions.
  • •Direct HRIS/People Systems leadership and enterprise roadmap for UKG and integrated tools, ensuring accurate configuration, eligibility rules, and total rewards reporting.
  • •Direct, mentor, and coach the internal Total Rewards teams, and lead complex compensation and benefits projects from concept through organization-wide implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive leadership experience across Total Rewards and HR Technology, including at least 6 years managing multidisciplinary HR teams.
  • •Proven track record designing and executing holistic benefits, retirement, and wellness strategies in complex organizations.
  • •Advanced HRIS expertise, including managing/configuring/optimizing enterprise HRIS platforms with specific advanced expertise using UKG modules.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of ERISA fiduciary duties, nondiscrimination testing, retirement plan audits, and Form 5500 reporting across 401(k) and 403b plans.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to audit datasets, resolve data discrepancies, and close process/control gaps and legacy system issues.
