Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic logistics projects from requirement definition to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
  • •Identify logistics cost optimization opportunities through process improvement, lead-time reduction, and service enhancement.
  • •Develop and maintain understanding of landed factor/landed cost, conduct variance and root-cause analysis, and recommend actionable initiatives.
  • •Drive end-to-end shipment visibility by monitoring ETD/ETA, transit times, delays, exceptions, and delivery performance.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in retail, fashion, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • •Strong understanding of international logistics, freight operations, shipment performance, and logistics cost structures.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of landed factor/landed cost and logistics cost optimization.
  • •Proven experience in project management, process improvement, or logistics transformation.
  • •Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI / SAP / Oracle / RMS experience is an advantage.
