Job Summary

Drive the growth engine by owning pricing & discount experimentation with partners (including gift-with-purchase tests) from setup through performance evaluation. Manage referral and win-back channel performance in partnership with teams in Berlin. Key Responsibilities

•Own pricing & discount strategy by identifying and onboarding partners to run gift-with-purchase tests from negotiation and launch setup to performance evaluation.
•Pilot referral and win-back acquisition performance, ensuring targets are met and collaborating with the Berlin team to implement locally.
•Run Growth Operations end-to-end: campaign setup, asset coordination, operational troubleshooting, and cross-team liaison with Creative, Brand, and Analytics.
•Support retention roadmap execution with the Head of Retention & Analytics, including initiatives setup, tracking, and reporting.
•Document test pipelines and translate results into data-driven recommendations to inform the roadmap.

•Proactive and autonomous: unblock issues yourself or escalate intelligently.
•Bilingual French/English (oral + written) to collaborate with global teams.
