Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Project Managers and Project Directors in fulfilling contracted project management obligations from inception through completion.
  • •Update project data monthly within WSP’s Oracle-based project management system.
  • •Support EAC updates, progress reporting, and Earned Value insights.
  • •Develop, monitor, and report key performance metrics; prepare monthly reports, meeting minutes, and management documentation.
  • •Manage and maintain project management documentation and information management using common data environments (e.g., SharePoint and ProjectWise), including risk registers, schedules, and stakeholder registers.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent combination of project management experience and qualifications).
  • •2–4 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
  • •Demonstrable project co-ordination/management skills, including cost controls, budget updates, and forecasting impacts.
  • •Strong spoken and written English (internationally recognised English language qualification).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word; Power BI and Advanced Excel are an advantage.
