Job Summary

Lead the Hydraulic attachment and Ground Engaging Tools (GET) business line by planning and controlling commercial and operational activities for the ATD portfolio. Drive market penetration and profitability by coaching Product Specialists, building sales forecasts and budgets, owning pricing strategies, and managing discounts and margins. Manage distributor and partner relationships, coordinate with Logistics, Inventory Control, and Product Support, and identify growth opportunities aligned with ATD priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and oversee commercial and operational activities for the ATD portfolio.
•Lead, coach, and coordinate Product Specialists to strengthen market presence and achieve sales targets.
•Develop and manage short-, medium-, and long-term sales forecasts and budgets.
•Define pricing strategies, manage price lists, and monitor discounts and margins to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
•Develop relationships with business partners and distributors, coordinating with Logistics, Inventory Control, and Product Support to ensure timely availability and service delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Mining, Geology, or related fields).
•Minimum 10 years in similar business line, product management, or commercial leadership roles in technical/industrial environments (preferably mining).
•Demonstrated experience managing business partners, distributors, or external commercial channels and building joint business plans.
•Proven experience leading technical and/or commercial teams and driving market growth initiatives.
•Bilingual: Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
