Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of solid rocket motors, warheads, and propulsion systems for munitions. Conduct engineering analysis and produce accurate technical documentation and design artefacts, then plan and document testing to validate designs and support product development. Develop manufacturing, prototyping, and production support plans, and drive propulsion R&D initiatives to advance technologies and build internal capability.

•Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of solid rocket motors, warheads, and associated propulsion systems.

•Plan, conduct, and document testing activities to validate designs and support product development.
•Develop and implement manufacturing, prototyping, and production support plans for propulsion products.
•Drive propulsion R&D initiatives, building internal capability, advancing technologies, and fostering innovation.
