Build net-new sales pipeline for Compass’s Strategic Growth organization by educating prospective agents on the benefits of Strategic Growth and qualifying introductions to closing teams. Conduct strategic outbound and inbound outreach via calls, texts, emails, integrated campaigns, and LinkedIn. Handle objections, analyze markets, coordinate cross-functionally to improve processes, and maintain accurate CRM documentation while working toward a path to Strategic Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate new business opportunities to build a sales pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts.
•Conduct outreach to prospective agents via cold calls, texts, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn campaigns.
•Articulate value propositions and handle objections to create qualified opportunities in your market.
•Partner with agents to identify referral opportunities and transition them to Strategic Growth Managers for full-cycle closing.
•Collaborate on prospecting strategies, drive follow-up engagement, analyze markets, and document activities in the CRM.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 38.46 - 43.27 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and a strong performance history (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, or Account Management).

•Self-starter who can exercise judgment, solve difficult problems without direct supervision, and navigate ambiguity.
•Excellent communication skills, including leading client meetings and presentations.
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain high-quality, detail-demanding execution.
