Own Brazilian GAAP and Bacen reporting, managing month/quarter/year-end close activities, ledger integrity, and management reporting including legacy businesses. Translate local regulatory requirements into actionable group deliverables and serve as the bridge to auditors, banking providers, and tax authorities. Coordinate statutory audits and regulatory filings, oversee financial updates to trading partners and investors, and support treasury, liquidity, risk framework monitoring, and financial forecasting to expand the finance infrastructure.
