Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate environmental project activities, priorities, schedules, deliverables, and documentation to support project execution.
  • •Support environmental assessments, planning studies, permitting processes, regulatory applications, and related submissions.
  • •Prepare technical reports, permit submissions, regulatory materials, meeting records, and project correspondence.
  • •Track project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, schedules, progress, and other performance information.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Planning, Natural Resource Management, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •1–3 years of experience in environmental consulting, environmental planning, permitting, regulatory affairs, project coordination, or a related field.
  • •Working knowledge of environmental assessment, permitting, and regulatory processes within one or more Canadian jurisdictions.
  • •Experience preparing technical reports, regulatory applications, permit submissions, or other project documentation.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, regulators, Indigenous communities, and project teams.
