Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the stateful user code execution service vision and strategy.
  • •Partner with serverless platform teams to build the service and align with product goals.
  • •Own the roadmap and execution, ensuring all team deliverables are met with high quality and on schedule.
  • •Define team best practices for engineering excellence, including design reviews, code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimizations.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the stack to align technical direction with company growth.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact
  • •3+ years of engineering management experience
  • •Experience designing, building, and operating scalable SaaS platforms
  • •Expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern web application architectures
  • •Strong system-level skills. Experience with containers and Kubernetes is highly desirable
