Lead and optimize production performance at the Méaulte site across safety, quality, costs, and delivery (OTD) targets. Drive data-driven improvements using digital tools and AAOS standards, coordinate with production teams, and report to management. •Monitor safety/health performance for assigned poles, tracking risk situations and alertting management when blockers arise.
•Analyze root causes from ATSA/ATAA events and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
•Consolidate restrictions affecting teams and drive actions to develop cross-training and polyvalence in production staff.
•Follow up on deviations, root-cause analyses, and action plans, ensuring timely closure and communicating results to stakeholders.
•Support budgeting and cost control, tracking stock adherence and working with management to identify productivity improvements and manage operating costs.
