Job Summary

Support client engagements and product development by researching, gathering, interpreting, and presenting complex data in a clear, compelling way. Conduct multi-channel research, organize and analyze client data to identify themes and insights, and prepare client/internal reports using Word and PowerPoint. Collaborate with Partners, Principals, and Consultants on deliverables, help design new tools and offerings, and manage your workload across multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

•1 to 2 years of work experience, with 2 years in a management or leadership consulting environment.
•Research experience using multiple research channels and strong data analysis skills.
•Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel.
•Experience with advanced statistical modeling (e.g., SPSS) and predictive analytics; excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
