Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical skills with deep interest in business, people, and organizational behavior, ideally with a first, Masters, and/or PhD in Business or Psychology.
  • •1 to 2 years of work experience, with 2 years in a management or leadership consulting environment.
  • •Research experience using multiple research channels and strong data analysis skills.
  • •Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel.
  • •Experience with advanced statistical modeling (e.g., SPSS) and predictive analytics; excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
