Job Summary

Partner with Cin7 customers to ensure they get maximum value from the platform and deliver a great customer experience. Drive retention and growth by identifying opportunities to increase feature adoption, engagement, and overall value. Proactively provide solutions, keep customers informed of product updates, and collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Engineering, and Product to advocate customer needs and mitigate risks through monitoring and insights.

•Enhance customer experiences and identify opportunities to increase feature adoption, engagement, and value.

•Partner with Engineering and Product teams to advocate for customer needs around future platform enhancements.
•Monitor customer health and use customer insights to mitigate risk and support scalable solutions.
