  • •Lead and manage change management processes across the program, ensuring changes are identified, evaluated, documented, and approved.
  • •Review, evaluate, and negotiate change orders to maintain commercial alignment and cost transparency.
  • •Maintain change logs, contingency tracking, and commitment registers to provide clear visibility into cost impacts.
  • •Produce cost plans, estimates, and monthly cost reports; lead cost checks, valuations, and post-contract cost variance analysis.
  • •Mentor team members and support cost auditing, validation, reporting, funding updates, and final account closeout activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7+ years of cost management or project controls experience on medium- to large-scale construction programs.
  • •Proven experience managing full change-management processes on major construction programs.
  • •Advanced knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cost-control systems, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • •Strong understanding of civil, structural, and MEP construction, plus cost forecasting/variance analysis and commercial contract management.
