Job Summary

Own and manage relationships with payment networks to drive growth across Synchrony’s cobrand and dual card portfolios. Lead contract negotiations, network selection modeling, and performance tracking, partnering with Network Operations to launch new products and resolve network issues. Develop network dashboards and produce strategic updates for executive leadership and business platforms, supporting business strategy and development across Digital, Health & Wellness, Home & Auto, Diversified & Value, and Lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage payment network relationships, including contract negotiation, product/capability deployment, performance tracking, and deployment of joint funds.
•Identify, quantify, and execute growth and efficiency opportunities for cobrand and dual card portfolios through payment networks.
•Lead negotiations with payment networks for new or renewal cobrand and dual card opportunities and build models to support network selection.
•Partner with Network Operations on portfolio, product, and capability launches and drive resolution of network-related issues.
•Develop network dashboards, generate insights, and create strategic updates for executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8+ years’ experience in financial services, fintech, or payments (or high school diploma/GED with 10+ years).
•4+ years of experience managing strategic relationships, cross-functional management, and data/analytics in strategy, finance, consulting, or corporate development roles.
•3+ years managing cross-functional business partners and senior leadership.
•Strong communication skills, including ability to communicate to C-level and excellent presentation skills.
•Ability to financially model and generate insights from data, with proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
