Job Summary

Serve as the primary technical partner for enterprise and commercial accounts, leading technical validation during the sales cycle. Own technical discovery, design solution approaches, and build Proofs of Concept (POCs) and demonstrations that de-risk customer decisions. Configure agentic AI workflows, and deploy reusable tools such as API templates and accelerators. Collect product feedback from customer engagements to help shape platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical validation during the sales cycle by answering RFPs, designing solutions, building integration topologies, and ensuring enterprise security and data privacy compliance.
•Run technical discovery with customer IT and business teams and create POCs and custom demos that reduce risk in the buying decision.
•Build and showcase tailored agentic AI workflows using prompt engineering and Zendesk AI capabilities.
•Utilize and adapt technical accelerators, API templates, and middleware components to deliver complex prospect architectures.
•Gather product feedback and feature requests from customer engagements and partner with internal teams to address product gaps.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of hands-on experience in technical presales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or an application developer role.
•Proficiency with modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and webhooks.
•Practical understanding of AI applications, including LLM-powered features, prompt engineering, and automated workflows.
•Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems and CX/ES domains, including contact center tech (telephony, CRM) or IT support ticketing workflows.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
