Job Summary

Develop IT general control and management reporting capabilities while partnering with IT compliance leadership, auditors, and legal teams. Build Power BI dashboards and reports, analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities, and support data extraction, transformation, and visualization using Databricks and analytics platforms. Translate technical compliance information into business insights, support SOX/control action plans, and contribute to continuous process improvements, including automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and support IT general control framework activities, including establishing relationships with IT teams and helping manage audit activities.
•Support second line of defense compliance activities by contributing to AIR raised, audit, and SOX controls testing and embedding approved IT general controls into service lines.
•Analyze SOC reports (SOC 1/2/3) and conduct risk assessments to identify SDLC-related compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
•Develop management reporting by building Power BI dashboards and reports, analyzing large datasets, and preparing executive-ready visuals for leadership reviews.
•Support continuous improvement through standardization and automation efforts, including using analytics tools and delivering training to educate stakeholders on compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

•Typically 7-10 years of work experience in IT projects, process improvement, or a related field.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Strong IT and audit experience, particularly IT controls or related financial risk assessment; experience with IT SOX controls is a plus.
•Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends/risks/control gaps, and deliver accurate work products under aggressive timelines.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, macros, data cleansing) and ability to create executive-ready reporting materials.
