People Partner

Partner with departmental leaders to build organizational capabilities and support business growth. Own end-to-end performance review cycles, guide calibration and compensation decisions, and coach managers. Lead employee relations with fairness and sound judgment, support organizational development, and drive change management readiness. Analyze People metrics and lifecycle/employee experience data to spot trends and improve decisions, while rolling out engagement initiatives and programs across the global People Experience team.
