Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Store Manager with delivering on sales goals, executing daily store operations, and team communication.
  • •Drive store sales and profitability through effective operations and prioritizing customer experience.
  • •Execute inventory receiving and replenishment processes accurately and efficiently.
  • •Own division responsibilities including inventory and product processing, visual merchandising, and community events.
  • •Coach and motivate the team, assess Guide performance, and share observations with store leadership to address development opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.5 - 25.88 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and/or equivalent.
  • •At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.
  • •Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
  • •Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • •Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed and stand for the entire shift.
