Key Responsibilities

•Scale the Enterprise Narrative by weaving existing value propositions into a unified, high-impact narrative for HR leaders, Bank Executives, and Fintech Founders.
•Arm the Sales Engine by owning the sales toolkit (pitch decks, case studies, white papers, talk tracks) to help close deals in long sales cycles.
•Lead Inbound Enterprise Strategy through exploratory research with potential partners to identify unmet needs and feed insights back into the product roadmap.
•Orchestrate Partner Launches by designing end-user adoption strategies and co-branded materials to drive enrollment and engagement.
•Lead our B2B Conference Presence, defining booth experiences, securing speaking opportunities, and designing lead-capture systems to generate high-quality pipelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of PMM experience, with at least 2 years in B2B or B2B2C environments.
•Mastery of Sales Enablement with ability to create decks and collateral that convert.
•The ability to translate partner needs into product opportunities and influence product roadmaps.
•Proven cross-functional influence across Sales, Product, Legal, and Creative teams.
•Data-driven mindset with ability to test and prove ROI of enterprise marketing efforts.
