Key Responsibilities

  • •Create capital sourcing strategies to reduce risk, enable continuous cost reduction, and align on payment terms, cash targets, delivery timing, and cost savings.
  • •Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to evaluate sourcing models and optimize value for products and services.
  • •Ensure supply base health by selecting and evaluating suppliers on capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness; maintain supplier delivery of goods and services.
  • •Execute purchasing transactions (purchase orders) and manage supplier negotiations, contract management, and multimillion-dollar contract administration including required terminology, scope, and compliance.
  • •Benchmark and analyze performance metrics and sourcing trends monthly; drive make-vs-buy decisions and cost reduction projects across the product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in engineering, supply chain, purchasing, contract negotiation, or related planning/operations roles; or 4+ years in one or more of these areas.
  • •Experience with material/production planning, master production scheduling, material cost control, or operations management.
  • •Ability to prioritize to meet internal customer and company needs in a fast-moving environment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills across all internal levels.
  • •Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills.
