Job Summary

Lead payment risk operations across the end-to-end payment lifecycle by monitoring transactions and fund flows, using alerts and case analysis to identify risk scenarios, patterns, and actionable control optimizations. Conduct risk reviews for high-risk users or transactions, investigate cases with payment risk and operational analytics tools, and develop early-warning capabilities. Partner with Business, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to refine strategies and embed risk controls into core payment processes and new launches.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead payment risk operations across the end-to-end payment lifecycle, using monitoring, alerts, and case analysis to identify risk scenarios and recommend control optimizations.
•Perform risk reviews and assessments for potentially high-risk users or transactions, improving review rules, workflows, and risk control capabilities.
•Investigate payment risk cases using payment risk and operational analytics tools by reconstructing abnormal behaviors and fund flow paths and proposing prevention/mitigation solutions.
•Continuously monitor payment risk trends and strategy performance, contributing to payment risk early-warning capabilities to improve detection and control efficiency.
•Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to refine payment risk strategies and embed risk controls into payment processes and new product launches.

•3+ years of experience in risk management in financial services, fintech, or consulting.

•Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Hive, SQL, and Excel to perform analysis and issue diagnosis.
•Strong understanding of payment risk operations frameworks and case analysis methodologies, including payment fraud and abnormal transaction patterns.
