Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of application developers, focusing on both custom and vendor-packaged solutions.
  • •Oversee team delivery across scrum teams and business units; manage planning, performance, and resource allocation.
  • •Define, review, and enforce software architecture standards and coding practices.
  • •Drive continuous improvement efforts and implement best practices in application development and agile project delivery.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including PMO, HR, IT, and external vendors to align application development with organizational goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • •4+ years of experience in financial technology environments with Jack Henry Suite (Symitar, Synapsys, Synergy, SymXchange, ARCU)
  • •Experience leading and developing teams; coaching and development emphasis
  • •Strong project delivery experience in Agile/iterative environments and ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level
  • •Experience with related technologies (MeridianLink, Encompass, Alkami, Image Center, OpCon, COTS) and modern software development practices
