Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a migration strategy for the EBI Temaline installed base to the next-generation Honeywell access control platform.
  • •Manage the modernization program lifecycle, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and functionality of the new platform with EBI systems.
  • •Serve as the subject matter expert for the Temaline access control platform transformation and its integration with EBI.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction during and after migration.
