Job Summary

Own the local product strategy for the Australian market by using customer insights, market trends, and commercial opportunities to influence global product priorities. Partner with sophisticated traders and institutional customers to understand workflows and translate complex use cases into product requirements and business cases. Drive local product and feature launches, positioning, messaging, and cross-functional execution across Growth, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Risk, and Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

•Own local product strategy for Australia and influence global product priorities using customer insights, commercial opportunities, and market trends.
•Understand sophisticated trader and institutional customer workflows to identify opportunities to improve customer experience, adoption, retention, and engagement.
•Design practical customer solutions using the existing OKX product suite and translate requirements into product proposals, business cases, and feature proposals.
•Drive local management of product and feature launches, including go-to-market planning, internal enablement, customer communications, and post-launch performance analysis.
•Lead the local Product & Strategy function and coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Risk, Business Development, and Customer Support.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, solutions consulting, strategy, or related roles in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, capital markets, or financial services.
•Strong product thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business outcomes.
•Deep understanding of crypto and financial markets, trading products, and customer workflows, with credibility with sophisticated traders and institutional customers.
•Ability to translate complex customer requirements into practical product solutions, detailed product requirements, and business cases.
•Experience influencing product roadmaps and working effectively with Product and Engineering teams without necessarily owning technical delivery.
