Job Summary

Provide efficient, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds. •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities through referrals or fulfillment.
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by helping deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
